TAP Culinary Arts, Inc. is currently developing an advanced Hospitality & Restaurant Operations Management pathway designed to support career advancement within culinary, hospitality, tourism, and foodservice industries.
Future coursework may include hospitality management, restaurant operations, food and beverage management, hospitality accounting, customer service leadership, marketing, purchasing, nutrition, foodservice cost control, and hospitality human resources management.
Advancement Requirements: Participants may be required to successfully complete the Integrated Culinary & Hospitality Professional pathway prior to enrollment consideration.
